You have just purchased a product designed with quality, safety and functionality in mind. This equipment lets you exercise safely and comfortably without leaving home. Regular exercise is one of the best ways to stay healthy. For your safety and health, please read this manual before using the dumbbell.
Safety Instructions
- Do not let children or pets near the kettlebell.
- The kettlebell must not be used by several people at the same time.
- Stop exercising immediately if any abnormal symptoms appear, such as dizziness, nausea or a feeling of tightness in the chest. Consult a doctor immediately.
- This product is intended for home and commercial use.
- Inspect it before use. Do not use a kettlebell with worn or damaged parts.
- Regularly check and test the locking mechanism.
- Do not drop the kettlebell on the ground, to avoid damaging the product or injuring yourself.
- Do not try to disassemble the kettlebell.
- Warm up before exercising.
- Do not force the handle to turn if it is damaged.
Operation
7 weight settings are provided (in both kg and lb), as shown below.

Precautions
Make sure the side with the warning sign is aligned with the slot on the base.
Before lifting the kettlebell, make sure the number matches the red dot of the mark.
Place the kettlebell elements from the bottom up in the order NO.6 - NO.1 shown on the side of the kettlebell.
How to reinstall the kettlebell
If the kettlebell cannot be turned or returned to its place, do not force the handle. Follow the steps below to reinstall the kettlebell.
- Remove the kettlebell from the base. Press the two reset points at the same time while turning the kettlebell to take it off.
- Put the hollow body back on the base, then turn the mechanism to the minimum value.
- Then install the kettlebell elements from the bottom up in the order N0.6 - N0.1 shown on the side of the kettlebell.
- You can now use the kettlebell. Before lifting the kettlebell, make sure the number is aligned with the red dot.

Warranty Terms
- The warranty period starts from the date of sale.
- The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing faults or defective materials.
- Warranty service is carried out at authorized service centers.
- If the product breaks down during the warranty period, the customer must bring this warranty card and the complete product to a service center for diagnostics and repair.
- If the warranty claim is confirmed, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
- The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- mechanical damage caused by improper use or transportation;
- damage caused by liquids, fire, chemicals or other external factors;
- failures caused by not following the operating instructions;
- modifications to the design or repairs carried out by unauthorized persons without the approval of the Service;
- consumables and components with a limited service life (belts, batteries, etc.).
